Health indicators and key figures
Indicators in the area of workplace health promotion are intended to depict the health of employees (actual state) and make goals operational (target state). With the help of indicators, measures can be evaluated and subsequently changes in the state of health can be made visible. The OHF may have to react to critical changes, for example by adapting existing measures or implementing new ones.
Which health indicators are collected at the University of Graz?
Objective key figures:
- Number of BGF measures
- Participation in the BGF measures (participation rate)
- Response rate (%) for surveys
Subjectively collected through surveys and workshops:
- Mental stress, strain and recovery
- Personal and organizational resources
- Health-promoting leadership
- Job satisfaction
- Commitment
- Company loyalty
