Individual and organizational-oriented measures
In occupational health promotion, it is important to plan and subsequently implement measures that are individually tailored to the company. It is important to incorporate individual and organizational-oriented measures in order to achieve an impact at different levels.

Individual-oriented measures
The aim of these interventions is to positively influence the individual behavior of employees. Education, information and workshops are often used to motivate individuals to adopt health-promoting behavior.
Examples: Nutrition lecture, lecture on time management, exercise and sport offers
Organizational-oriented measures
In contrast, organizational-oriented interventions focus on changing people's working conditions. The health of employees can be promoted by positively influencing the general conditions of the workplace.
Examples: Break organization, ergonomic workplace design, reduction of stressful working conditions
