The OrgFit is used at the University of Graz to assess the psychosocial risks at the workplace. This questionnaire was developed and psychometrically tested as part of the amendment to the Employee Protection Act, taking into account the Austrian legal requirements based on the guidelines for labor inspections. In addition, standard values from a larger sample of Austrian employees are available. The OrgFit therefore covers all relevant areas for workplace risk assessment. Detailed information about the OrgFit can be found at www.orgfit.eu.
In addition to the OrgFit, specific risks that can occur specifically in the university setting are also evaluated. The adaptation of the OrgFit to the "OrgFit University" is being carried out by the BGM team in cooperation with scientific partners in order to develop a scientifically sound and empirically tested measuring instrument for risk analysis at the University of Graz.

The employee survey serves as an initial, rough assessment of the psychosocial risks at the University of Graz. In order to be able to make a more precise assessment, moderated workshops are held to shed more light on critical areas. In these workshops on "risks and resources", risks are defined together with the employees specifically for their workplaces, and suggestions for improvement and measures are developed.
