Ergebnisse der Mitarbeiter:innenbefragung zur psychischen Belastung am Arbeitsplatz

Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter:innen, die an der Mitarbeiter:innenbefragung zum Thema Belastung und Ressourcen am Arbeitsplatz im Herbst 2024 teilgenommen haben. Die Ergebnisse für die Universität Graz wurden getrennt für das allgemeine und wissenschaftliche Personal ausgewertet und sind im Intranet für alle verfügbar.

Für die individuellen Arbeitsbereiche (Abteilungen, Institute) werden die konkreten Ergebnisse mit den jeweiligen Dienst- und Fachaufsichten besprochen – das BGM-Team meldet sich dafür persönlich bei Ihnen.

 

Employee survey on mental stress at the workplace

Many thanks to all employees who took part in the employee survey on stress and resources in the workplace in fall 2024. The results for the University of Graz were evaluated separately for administrative and academic staff and are available to everyone in the intranet .

The specific results for the individual work areas (departments, institutes) will be discussed with the respective supervisors - the BGM team will contact you directly in the coming weeks.

 

Psychoanalyse im Park

Psychoanalyse im Park dient dem Kennenlernen von psychoanalytisch-psychotherapeutischem Denken und Vorgehen und ist ein Beitrag zur psycho-sozialen Gesundheit. Personen mit Gesprächsbedarf können gratis, ohne Anmeldung und niederschwellig mit erfahren Psycholanalytiker:innen/ Psychotherapeut:innen ins Gespräch kommen.

Psychoanalyse im Park findet am Campus der Universität Graz und alternierend im Grazer Augarten statt. Start ist am Samstag, den 24. Mai von 11-13 Uhr auf Klappstühlen unter dem Vordach der Universitätsbibliothek. Geplante Termine am Campus sind: 24. Mai, 7. Juni, 21. Juni, 5. Juli, 19. Juli, 2. August, 16. August, 30. August, 13. September, 27. September.

This project is a contribution to psycho-social health and is for persons that want to learn about  psychoanalytic-psychotherapeutic thinking and procedures. People who need to talk can talk to experienced psychoanalysts/ psychotherapists. Participation is free of charge and without any registration.

Psychoanalysis in the Park takes place on the campus of the University of Graz and in the Augarten. The event starts on Saturday, May 24 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on folding chairs under the canopy of the university library. heduled dates on campus are: 24 May, 7 June, 21 June, 5 July, 19 July, 2 August, 16 August, 30 August, 13 September, 27 September.
